Cleaner Alerts, Email Deliverability Filtering by ISP + ESP Accounts

We’re excited to share another update to the Email Copilot app. We’ve been focused on cleaner information with more granular detail for this release. In doing so, you can now filter deliverability information by ISP (mailbox provider) as well as by ESP accounts (if you have more than one). We’ve also cleaned up the alerts to be easier to read and understand.

First up is a new break-out that allows you to see how you’re performing on a per-ISP basis.  With one click, and at quick glance, you can see exactly where you may or may have issues.

Email Deliverability by ESP Account (or sub-account)

You may have multiple ESPs, or you may have multiple accounts within a single ESP.  With one click, and at quick glance, you can see which accounts have problems.

Easier to Read Alerts with More Information

It’s important that you can identify, at a glance, how things are going with your email program.  We’ve redesigned the alerting interface to show much more detailed information in a format that’s easy to follow and understand.  We trigger alerts on bounces, deferrals, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, complaints (spam reports), and more!
