At Embarke, we spent 18 months building out an amazing data platform that analyzed user behaviors like when they were opening emails, clicking, engaging, and from what devices. This allowed us to optimize delivery to each individual at the right day of week, time of day, and even device. The product works great, but we’ve found a much more important and wider-reaching problem that we can solve.
Getting to the inbox.
In a nutshell, if you deliver email directly or for your customers, you know that it’s become increasingly complex to get emails to the inbox reliably. Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail have secret algorithms that determine what content goes where, and they change almost hourly.
Things can go horribly wrong with email. Even the best senders, with the best email reputation, have issues like everyone else. When these things go wrong, it can crush your bottom line until resolved.
It’s hard enough to know when you’ve got a problem, but figuring out the the root-cause requires tremendous effort and knowledge, and it’s challenging to know out how to fix issues quickly.

We know when you’re having problems, we perform root-cause-analysis, and provide suggestions on how to solve problems. This happens in real-time and automatically.
Why are we doing this?
The short answer is that we believe that automating the “email deliverability” industry is a noble cause and can get more email marketers to become better senders quicker…resulting in better inbox placement, and better revenue.
The slightly longer answer is that this industry is changing dramatically, and we’ve been helping our customers with their deliverability since we started Embarke. We eventually realized that we already have the data we need, have already built the platform to manage and scale this solution, and have the ability to do a much better job, at a better price, than what’s being done today.
In just a couple months, we’ve already started delivering on that promise!
There are no spammy magic tricks here. Our insights are helping companies become better-behaving email senders, just by being our customers. In so doing, they get to the inbox…which generates more revenue.
